As the nuclear industry embarks on a journey to triple capacity, the role of leadership cannot be overstated. It is the anchor that will turn ambitious goals into tangible achievements.
Our leadership model is a comprehensive values-driven framework that aims to uphold the industry’s excellence standards. To help us translate this into actionable behaviours and attitudes, we have created a distinct World Nuclear University Culture.
Everyone participating in our programmes (Fellows, Mentors, Speakers, and the L&CD Team) will collectively govern ourselves and others under these principles. Additionally, the WNU Culture will continue to guide you and contribute to your leadership roadmap after the programme as an Alumnus.
