Welcome to the application portal for the WNU Summer Institute 2024.

We suggest that you prepare the relevant information before beginning the application process. In addition to personal, academic, and professional information, the Summer Institute application requires applicants to upload the following documents in English. If documents are not in English, please provide a brief translation.

• A 300 word description of professional responsibilities
• A 300 word statement of motivation and goals for participation
• Several other essay based questions
• 2 signed reference letters in English (1 reference letter from your supervisor and 1 from another academic or professional referee)
• Evidence of English language proficiency (where applicable)
• After submitting the applications, candidates will receive a registration number. Please save the number and use the link below, in case you need to modify your registration.

Please Note: Deadlines for applications for all candidates seeking IAEA funding – 15 December 2024 and for all company-funded applicants – 2 February 2025.

Please also make sure you have read our Policies and Terms and Conditions before applying. You will be requested to confirm your acceptance of the policies as part of your application.

Once you have completed the first section of the application formulary you will be assigned an application ID. Please ensure you save it. You will need it in case you need to edit your application before submitting it.

Please also note that the system may time out if it senses inactivity. If you would like to take a break from your application, click save and exit and return to complete later (before the deadline.)
